Gary an evidence-based, trauma-informed coach for people ready to create a new version of themselves. My coaching approach is a harmonious blend of compassionate inquiry, modern science, ancient wisdom and personal experience that creates a powerful coaching experience. I meet you where you are at and help you discover self-compassion so you can too. From there, a world of possibility awaits you.

Additionally, he holds the following certifications:

With 30 years of coaching experience in the corporate world, Gary excelled at identifying individuals with leadership potential and nurturing them into powerful leaders. This was foundational to his leading multiple turnarounds of failing business units. Based on this experience, he created the leadership model "Conversational Leadership" and the course "Creating Growth Mindsets and Cultures Through Conversational Leadership." He also coached professionally in private practice for the last ten years. Additionally, he is the founder and current advisor to DumpsterGard, a company that manufactures and sells a product he invented.

Seventeen years ago, at age 38, Gary sought help for his two-decade-long struggle with alcohol abuse and was admitted to a psychiatric facility for assessment. Following his release, Gary embarked on a transformative journey into the realm of coaching, receiving guidance from some of the most influential coaches in the world. As a result, he never drank or struggled with drinking again. This was his personal 2nd Ascent, and the valuable lessons and wisdom he gleaned from this climb have helped him guide numerous people up the same transformative path of reinvention to Deep Health. In response to the deteriorating mental and physical health of our youth, Gary was certified as a Wisdom Coach through Adventures in Wisdom.

Three years ago, he was reunited with the love of his life and very first girlfriend from 35 years ago. They reside in Camp Hill, PA, and live the “greatest love story ever told.” In his free time, he plays pickleball and hikes. He enjoys reading books that offer profound insights into the human experience and ways to lead a more fulfilling life. He is also an active Big Brother volunteer. He loves spending time with his “Little” and is in awe of the wisdom an 8-year-old boy has to offer a 55-year-old man.
